Length & care
We can shorten or lengthen most chains and fit a different clasp at our Diss workshop — just ask and we’ll advise on the right length for you.
Store flat and away from perfume and cosmetics; we’re always happy to clean your piece and check the clasp for you.
Questions about length or fit? Call us on 01379 644790 — we’ll happily advise.
Prefer something unique? We can design a bespoke necklace or pendant with you and make it by hand at our Diss bench.
About this piece
One of a kind
Two green tourmaline cabochons, 6mm by 4.2mm, held in the two halves of a yellow gold infinity, so the figure reads as one continuous line rather than two settings joined at the middle.
Paul made it in house. An infinity only closes properly if the two loops carry the same weight and the two stones sit at the same height, and both of those are judged by eye at the bench rather than measured. Get it wrong by a fraction and the pendant hangs off true.
It is supplied on a 16 inch 9ct yellow gold spiga chain weighing 1.77g. Spiga is close-woven and stiff enough to lie flat under a pendant instead of rolling over, which matters more on a short chain than a long one. At 16 inches this sits at the base of the throat.
Green tourmaline against yellow gold is a warmer combination than most green stones manage, and the stones here match the studs and the swirl ring if you want to wear the collection together.
