Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. This policy sits alongside, and does not affect, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Cancelling a standard order
If you bought a standard (non-personalised) item online, you may cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive it, for any reason. Let us know within that period at [CONTACT EMAIL], then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
Items that cannot be returned
- Bespoke, commissioned, made-to-order, resized or personalised pieces (e.g. engraved).
- Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken.
- Items that have been worn, altered or damaged after delivery.
These exclusions do not apply where an item is faulty or not as described.
Condition of returned items
Please return items unworn and in their original, undamaged packaging with any certificates. You may handle an item as you would in a shop; if its value is reduced by handling beyond that, we may make a proportionate deduction from your refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method. We refund the price of the item and standard outbound delivery; you are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
