Sapphires are the most sought after coloured gem-stones at our workshop. The blue hue has a history of allure, nobility and truth, with the royal blue colour being the most desired.
This stunning sapphire was chosen to be the focal point of a bespoke halo of diamonds and platinum. The octagonal cut stone features ‘step-cut’ facets, shared with the cut facets in a baguette diamond. The clean cut Art-Deco influence of this design uses the style of cut in both stones to its advantage.
