Bespoke

This spectacular 6.5ct round-brilliant diamond came to us in need of a bespoke ring mount. Our customer wanted a timeless solitaire, but with a unique ‘Jewellery Workshop’ flavour. When designing a bespoke solitaire ring there is often a difficulty in creating something simple (as the solitaire design demands), yet unique to make the most of having a ring made specifically for you.

Our workshop team of designers and goldsmiths came together and crafted a one-of-a-kind, two-tone collet that this diamond deserved. The collet is the part of the ring that holds the stone, here it is done with 4 double claws. Usually this is made of one coloured metal, yet with our bespoke design you can see that both 18ct yellow and 18ct white gold claws are visible holding the diamond. This is done by combining two 4 claw collets into one 4 double claw collet.

The rest of the ring comprised of an 18ct yellow gold shank, set with tapered diamonds on the shoulder to accent the centre stone.

Our customer consultations are as unique as you are, tailored to your designs, ideas and passions. Consultations can be booked with either Laura or Mark at our shop in Diss, Norfolk.
