A stunning 3.60ct natural black oval diamond surrounded by a halo of colourless diamonds make up this lavish engagement ring. Our customer was with us every step of the way in designing the ring, picking the stones and choosing the setting style. The ring was made in platinum providing maximum durability for every day wear and enjoyment. The piece was handmade in our workshop by our expert team of jewellers based in Diss, Norfolk.
Notes from the workshop
Natural black diamonds get their colour from dense clusters of graphite and other mineral inclusions rather than a trace element, which is what makes them fully opaque instead of transparent. They’re carbon under a different guise, and every bit as hard-wearing for daily use as a colourless stone.
