An unusual 3ct green sapphire, supplied by our shop, was the centre piece to this bespoke 18ct yellow gold and diamond 3 stone ring. The richness of the 18ct gold contrasts strikingly with the green of the sapphire creating a piece to cherish. The stones are set into double claw collets adding an antique or ancient touch to a new ring.
Notes from the workshop
Sapphire and ruby are both varieties of corundum: any colour of corundum other than red is classed as a sapphire, which is why the stone comes in almost every colour, including the green in this ring.
