BESPOKE
This pair of bespoke Amethyst drops use emerald cut, oval cut and round cut amethysts set in 18ct yellow gold. The dome on the top of the ear has a twisted wire surround adding detail and an antique feel. The claw set collets have a decorative side panel to also mirror this. Our in house jewellers designed and crafted this piece to our customer’s individual requirements. Design consultations can take place face to face with our jewellers in our retail shop in Diss, Norfolk.
Notes from the workshop
Cutting three different shapes, emerald, oval and round, from the same batch of amethyst is a good way to use rough stone efficiently, since each shape suits a different piece of the original crystal.
