‘Multi-Functional Jewels’
This outstanding necklace was made to be a cherished family heirloom. The concept behind the design was to have a piece that is able to be dismantled and transformed in to three separate pendants. These would eventually be divided between our client’s three children to be enjoyed for generations. The rubies and diamonds were from inherited jewellery and were carefully set into 18ct white gold. The necklace was then hand finished with a satin brush texture, with beautiful dotted inlays of yellow gold.
Our customer loved wearing it so much that she came back to us for a matching pair of stud earrings, made in the same 18ct gold with the same hand-textured finish.
Our customer consultations are as unique as you are, tailored to your designs, ideas and passions. Consultations can be booked with either Laura or Mark at our shop in Diss, Norfolk.
Notes from the workshopSatin finish is a traditional jewellery technique used to decorate precious metals. It’s created with a wire brush or polishing tool that scratches a pattern of fine lines into the surface of the metal, leaving a soft, brushed texture in place of a high polish.
