Bespoke
This stone was originally for sale loose in our shop display and had quite a few admirers. It was inevitably snatched up by one of our lovely customers and the ring designed around the stone. The chrome tourmaline is from Tanzania, and features an intense saturated ‘chrome’ colour, different from a standard green tourmaline. With the richness of the stone, a buttery 18ct yellow gold was chosen for the ring, featuring large plain areas of the gold so that the contrast was clearly visible. The cushion cut rectangle shape of the stone was also mirrored in the wide surround. The design is simple yet striking, letting the materials speak for themselves.
