Yvonne’s connection to The Jewellery Workshop is a full-circle story that spans over three decades. Her journey began right here in Diss as our Saturday Girl, a role that sparked a lifelong passion for jewellery design. After honing her craft with renowned industry names, Yvonne returned to us in 2025, bringing her unique talent back home to our workshop. A multi-award winner with the GCDC (Goldsmiths’ Craft & Design Council), she possesses a rare gift for translating a client’s vision into a tangible masterpiece. Whether she is using Adobe Illustrator or traditional gouache, Yvonne’s designs are works of art in themselves. Mark, our seasoned goldsmith with over 30 years of experience, is a master of his craft. He excels in creating bespoke jewellery, turning your vision (no matter how obscure) into reality. His expertise in complex restorations is unparalleled; he can completely remake worn rings, restoring them to their original beauty. This unique ability to tackle restorations that others deem impossible makes him an invaluable asset to our workshop. For Mark, the true joy of his work comes from collaborating directly with clients; he loves hearing their unique stories and weaving those personal narratives into the jewellery he designs and crafts, becoming a meaningful part of their jewellery journey.

We welcomed Paul to the team in 2025, adding over four decades of master-level craftsmanship to our workshop. Paul’s journey began in London’s jewellery district, Hatton Garden. His career has seen him working with some of the most prestigious luxury jewellery brands in Bond Street, honing his skills as a professional mounter and mastering the intricacies of fine jewellery creation. Paul has a remarkable talent for transforming ideas into exquisite physical pieces. Whether he is constructing a technically complex custom design or carefully restoring an antique piece, his vast experience allows him to bring exceptional quality to every project.

Lyn’s journey with The Jewellery Workshop began over 40 years ago and her commitment to the craft and The Jewellery Workshop remains unwavering. Her skills lie in the meticulous repair and restoration of treasured jewellery heirlooms, breathing new life into cherished pieces and preserving their stories for generations to come. Your repairs are in exceptionally safe hands with Lyn. Lyn trained in Hatton Garden and at Sir John Cass College of Art and Design and holds a City & Guilds qualification in Diamond Mounting.

Evé

Evé is the newest member of our team, though her journey with The Jewellery Workshop began back in 2021 as our Saturday assistant. Her talent was clear from the start; she spent her university breaks learning more at our benches and developing a deep-seated passion for every facet of the craft, from intricate repairs to bespoke design. Evé recently joined us full time after graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Jewellery and Silversmithing – Design for Industry. Her fresh, creative energy and technical skill make her our “rising star” at the bench. Whether she is sketching a new concept or working with precious metals, Evé’s enthusiasm for the industry shines through in everything she creates.

Charlotte

Charlotte brings a wealth of experience to The Jewellery Workshop, having spent the past 11 years within the industry. As Manager, she oversees daily operations, ensuring every client receives the highest level of service and expertise. Charlotte creates an inspiring environment, a talent reflected in her exceptional visual merchandising and curated stock displays. Beyond her managerial role, she is a skilled pearl and bead stringer who designs and makes several of the unique beaded pieces featured in-store. Charlotte has a natural talent for connecting with customers and her friendly and knowledgeable demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits The Jewellery Workshop.

Jacquie

Jacquie brings over 30 years of luxury jewellery expertise to the team, beginning her career as a master jeweller’s apprentice. This technical foundation gives her a rare, “behind-the-scenes” understanding of how pieces are constructed, an invaluable asset when advising customers on the quality and care of their own jewellery. Currently undertaking advanced studies with the NAJ to become a Registered Valuer, Jacquie provides essential in-house support for jewellery appraisal and valuations.

Victoria

Victoria has been a friendly and familiar face at The Jewellery Workshop shop for nearly 20 years. She is the person who keeps everything running smoothly, handling the accounts and administrative tasks whilst also providing outstanding customer service, and even lending her expertise to stringing delicate pieces. Victoria has the ability to connect with our customers. She listens with empathy and helps them find the perfect piece. Her own jewellery preferences reflect her refined taste: classic and understated with a touch of sparkle!

Sophie’s journey in the jewellery world began right here at The Jewellery Workshop, where she started as a Saturday girl 15 years ago! After working as a designer in the world of luxury fashion in Milan, she found her way back to her jewellery roots in 2020. Her creative eye and friendliness make her an invaluable part of our team. With a special interest in photography and all things design, she helps us showcase the beauty of our jewellery. You’ll often find her behind the camera, capturing the beauty of our pieces for our social media and displays.
