This wedding ring was made using a sandcast process to create a textured natural look. A master is created in the right size and profile and pushed into a sand mould. The 18ct white gold was then melted and poured into the mould. The texture of the sand creates the texture of the surface of the ring. It is then cleaned up and hallmarked and given a final polish without removing too much of the texture. This process is done all on site within our workshop in Diss, Norfolk. We have examples of this texture and others in our shop for our bespoke customers to choose from.
