Delivery is free for UK customers. Items ordered before 1pm will be shipped out same day by recorded delivery. Any items ordered after this time will be sent out the following day. Items ordered during the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Ring sizing is available and will take 10 working days from the day ordered. Sizing will be completed within our workshop in Diss, Norfolk. Please allow an additional 5 days (15 total) for rings made of white gold to encompass re-rhodium plating when ring sizing.

All our jewellery is hallmarked in the UK at the Assay Office, fulfilling requirements established by law on Precious Metals.
Precious metal jewellery comes with a 1 year guarantee from the date of purchase. Strung jewellery (inc. beads and pearls) comes with a 6-month guarantee.
