Delivery

Delivery is made via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For orders received by 13:00 Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays), dispatch will be made the same day for items in stock. Orders made at the weekend will be dispatched on the following working day. We cannot be held liable for late delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. The timescale for bespoke orders will be discussed and agreed with you. We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK. The parcel must be signed for on receipt and this will be used as proof of delivery. If someone without authority signs for your delivery at the address given by you it will not be the responsibility of The Jewellery Workshop. If you are not available to sign for your item, it will be returned to a Royal Mail depot and collection becomes your responsibility.

Free delivery for orders over £50 otherwise there is a standard delivery charge of £6.50. Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted.
