We reserve the right to terminate your registration should you breach our terms and conditions. Currently our jewellery is available only on-line to registered users within the United Kingdom.

Your jewellery will be sent to you in a beautiful Jewellery Workshop presentation box. Please be assured that we package our items securely and safely. If you require your item to be gift wrapped, please let us know.

Delivery is made via Royal Mail Special Delivery. For orders received by 13:00 Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays), dispatch will be made the same day for items in stock. Orders made at the weekend will be dispatched on the following working day. We cannot be held liable for late delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. The timescale for bespoke orders will be discussed and agreed with you. We currently only deliver to addresses within the UK. The parcel must be signed for on receipt and this will be used as proof of delivery. If someone without authority signs for your delivery, at the address given by you, it will not be the responsibility of The Jewellery Workshop. If you are not available to sign for your item, it will be returned to a Royal Mail depot and collection becomes your responsibility.

Free delivery for orders over £50 otherwise there is a standard delivery charge of £6.50. Items will only be dispatched once full payment has been received, verified and accepted.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We will accept returns made by post or through our shop at 1 Market Place, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4JT. It is advisable to obtain postage insurance and to send it Royal Mail Special Delivery which requires us to sign for it on receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels which do not reach us. Upon receipt of goods and following a full inspection by ourselves where items are received in the original condition we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange . Refunds will be made to the same card as used for the original purchase.

The rights to return the goods will not apply in the following circumstances: If any products have been made or customised specifically for you; if following our inspection there is deemed to be any damage or wear to the items; If items are returned outside the agreed 30 day period; If there are any faults on the goods on delivery and we have not been notified within 7 days of arrival.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights Prices Our prices are inclusive of VAT and correct at time of publication. Orders will be processed at our published prices; however, in the case of an unexpected change in price due to a significant variation in metal or stone prices, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Website errors, inaccuracies and omissions Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, availability, delivery charges and times. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate (including after you have submitted your order).
